🔍 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.

You can also visit our Order Tracking Page  and enter your tracking number for live updates.

📬 I haven’t received my tracking number — what now?

Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1–2 business days after you place your order.
If it’s been longer, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at support@claykicks.com.

⏳ My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?

Sometimes it takes 24–48 hours for couriers to update tracking info. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, reach out and we’ll check it for you.

🌍 Do international orders come with tracking?

Yes — all international orders are shipped with full tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
